The back story: Established in 1968, Redwood National Park is well known for the redwood trees, some of which are older than 2000 years. Some must do’s in the park include the Simpson-Reed Trail, Howland Hill Rd, the stout memorial grove trail, drive the Newton. B Drury scenic Parkway, hike the fern Canyon Loop Trail, and much more. Stay on the look out for the parks birds such as the bald eagles.
